Sun is Shinning... Christmas is coming

The sun keeps shinning, Christmas decorations are all over the place, and yet I hope I will be bathing in the sea on New Year's Eve! The town with the perfect weather!

I found out by mistake that there is a special Romanian section in an Independent Film Festival L'Alternativa organized in CCCB. I attended a conference about Romanian movies before and after 1989. The dialog was interesting and it ended with a friendly talk on a glass of wine. There were also two sessions of 5 short movies each and a selection of new and old Romanian movies including the latest C. Porumboiu's Politist, Adjectiv. It is indeed very nice when in Barcelona people talk enthusiastically about Romania and praise our artists.

And so I finally begin

I've been wanting to do this for a long time but I wasn't sure what to share and how to start. But, with Barcelona as my inspiration I begin this blog on the 18th of November 2009 (maybe as a gift for my upcomming birthday) from my cosy room in Raval.
